As an accredited counsellor, I strive to create a collaborative atmosphere where people of all ages, genders, expressions, and orientations feel welcomed and comfortable. I work with individuals and couples whose goals are to understand themselves better, understand one another, or overcome various barriers to happiness. I work with all issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-esteem, stress management, and relationships. I utilise an eclectic approach, as every person is different and complex. The modalities and approaches I use include Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness techniques, and Strengths-Based approaches.
