Trinity Dang

Counsellor

As an accredited counsellor, my commitment is to make the therapeutic process and relationship a transformative experience. I strive to offer the most actionable advice and be one of the best Counsellor on the Sunshine Coast.

Previously, I have led a team of over a hundred employees, which made me realise the importance of effective communication, competent leadership, individual differences such as strengths and weaknesses of each person, and utilising them in a way that compliments the project/goal they are working towards. This is one reason I decided to pursue a degree in psychology & counselling to promote a sense of belongingness and learning methods to assist individuals in reaching their true potential confidently.

I came to Australia as a refugee at five years of age which made me culturally aware and empathetic towards the difficulties of immersing in a new environment. I work with companies and individuals to promote a sense of wellbeing, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, identity crisis, life transitions, stress management, and relationships.
