A word from Trinity

“The balance between doing whatever it takes to provide for those we love and maintaining a healthy relationship can be tough and traumatic, especially if we do it alone. For this reason, I became an accredited counsellor and established Halcyon to help people by providing tools and clarity to move forward as a healthy and happy individual and family.”

A word from Alishba

“A decade ago, I made the best decision to leave a negative environment and follow a life goal of mine: to improve people’s mental health. As a result, living a life that’s meaningful and pleasant. Thus, I became an accredited counsellor and devoted my career to providing evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals who are concerned about their professional, academic, or emotional well-being. I believe in being true to myself and nurturing others. Additionally, working with people from various backgrounds has given me a profound insight and awareness of individual differences which helps me tailor sessions best suited for the individual.”
